Warren Pereira, filmmaker and Co-Owner/CEO of Joseph Leslie & Company, and Nikolai Seel, Co-Owner and GM of KSE-LIGHTS, first met at the A+A Fair in 2023. At the time, JLC was distributing KSE-LIGHTS in India but faced natural constraints: the high cost of German manufacturing—despite its exceptional quality—and the added burden of import duties and freight. Soon after, Warren and Nikolai traveled across India, meeting users in underground mines, petroleum installations, chemical plants, and fire stations. Everywhere the message was consistent: India needed world-class safety lights that were affordable, quickly available, and carried a far lower carbon footprint. This led to a pivotal question: Why not build a KSE-grade product in India—specifically engineered for Indian and regional needs? That question became SEPERA Products Private Limited. Built on German engineering discipline and Indian manufacturing strength, SEPERA serves India first, followed by neighbouring territories including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Our mission is to create high-performance safety lighting tailored to these markets, using SEPERA’s own design intelligence bolstered by KSE-LIGHTS IP, user insights, and continuous innovation.
